This series contains correspondence, the majority of which is to and from the Director of the Rocky Mountain Jewish Historical Society and Archivist/Curator of the Ira M. Beck and Perle Hayutin Beck Memorial Archives.
"Americans by Choice" Distinguished Service Award, 1972-1988
Folder containes fourteen nomination letters suggesting Maria Lowenstein for the Americans by Choice Distinguished Citizen Award including letter from the DAR and the YWCA. Also included is the citizenship day even program from September 17, 1972 and two newspaper clipplings with Maria mentioned and pictured. Lastly a letter from Henry in 1988 informing the Citizenshp Day committee of his mothers passing in 1982 after they had invited her to the celebration.

This box contains correspondence primarily related to David Tannenbaum, but additionally Ruth Katzin (David's wife). The correspondence related to David consists of recommendations for his application for work with the Los Angeles district attorney in 1925, presidential visits, and condolences from 1956 and 1957 respectively. The correspondence to Ruth Katzin is from President-Elect Woodrow Wilson.

In this series, Box 7 contains a small Correspondence folder with a 1928 letter from Alpha Gamma Delta Grand President Louise Leonard to chapter member Janice Waggener congratulating the chapter on its first year accomplishments. Other small notes are contained in the scrapbooks throughout this collection.
